The hardest thing for me to do as a business owner was ask for help. I’m sure it was part ego and part fear but it was (still is, at times) extremely difficult for me to say “I need help!” I now realize, I was never alone. Making your business work is what I do
A native Arkansan, I graduated from Little Rock Central High School in 1998 and began my career for a newly founded company installing voice and data cabling. Over the next 21 years the firm grew from 6 employees and $250k in revenue to 200 employees and $30M in annual revenue – until we sold the company in January of 2019. In that time, I served in every capacity from field technician to senior vice president and partner. In helping grow a business to that size, I made almost EVERY mistake possible. My dream for Blue Collar Consulting is to help ensure other business owners are prepared for the challenges they are certain to encounter!
